Commis Chef - The Star Sydney

• Responsible for the smooth operation of the allocated work station
• Keep informed with the Daily Occupancy Charts
• Oversee duties or work stations
• Advise management of inventory requirements
• Conduct on-the-job training for Cooks and Apprentice Chefs

What are we looking for:

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery
• Have experience working in a busy and fast-paced kitchen
• The ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate and work as part of the team
• Have the right "can do"-attitude and willingness to learn new cuisines and techniques
