SalarySeeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to NDIS, Private, HCP, DVA, and Medicare clients. They will work closely with a team of therapists, educators, and caregivers to help participants develop the skills they need to participate fully in their daily activities and reach their full potential.
Salary Range:
80,000k - 120000k + Super (Annual)

Well-established clinic with sensory room and resources
Regular wellness check-ins and team meetings on complex cases Integrated work with Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists Internal PD sessions monthly.
Responsibilities:
Mixed caseload, clinic-based and opportunity to work in community.
Conduct initial assessments of occupational performance, including participants' strengths, weaknesses, and functional abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve participant's fine motor skills, visual-motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation.
Collaborate with other professionals and caregivers to ensure that therapy is integrated into the client's daily routine and environment.
Document progress and communicate with families, educators, and other professionals about the participant's progress and treatment plan.
Stay current on research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Skills and experience Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and hold a valid AHPRA Registration.
NDIS workers screening check or eligible/willing to obtain.
