About us
YCT is a dedicated occupational therapy organisation committed to enhancing the independence and quality of life for individuals living with disabilities and age-related impairments. What sets YCT apart from other occupational therapy organisations is our unwavering commitment to maintaining a focused scope of practice. We understand that the NDIS landscape can be complex and often leads to Occupational Therapists being asked to assist in areas outside their expertise. At YCT, we prioritise giving our therapists more control over their caseloads. This approach both empowers our staff and also ensures that our clients receive the highest quality of care from professionals who are confident and highly skilled in their specific areas. By fine-tuning our scope of practice, we uphold our core values of efficiency, respect, passion, empathy, and accountability. These values guide us in every interaction and decision, ensuring that we provide exceptional care and support to our clients.
