Therapy Inc is a therapy provider offering high quality transdisciplinary services to children and adults under the NDIS.
We work predominantly with children accessing early intervention (0-6 years), however we do also work with school age children and some adults, providing a range of services from short-term intervention, to complex, long-term supports. Services are provided in a range of settings including in our Cockburn clinic, as well as home, school, daycare centres, and within the community. We offer comprehensive, evidence based, and person-centred practice.

About the roles:
We are looking to expand our team. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic OT/Senior OT to join our team. We are seeking applicants who have experience in providing assessments and intervention in the areas of paediatrics and/or adults. This position will be based at our clinic in Cockburn Central, however some travel during work hours will be required to provide services to clients in surrounding areas.
NDIS experience is desirable but full training can be provided and new grads are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- Current Driver’s License.
- NDIS worker screening.
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
- Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
- Proof of working rights - passport; birth certificate; visa.
Skills & experience:
Essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness and understanding of the functional and social impact of disability and the importance of social inclusion.
- Ability to take initiative and independently seek support as required.
- Understanding of person-centred practice and commitment to the provision of services that reflect evidence-based best practice.
- A desire to work in a vibrant team and make a meaningful impact to the clients and families we work with.
Desirable
- Previous NDIS related experience.
- Previous experience with assessment and prescription of Assistive Technology.
