OD/HR Advisor

MMG’s Melbourne head office currently has a vacancy for an OD/HR Advisor – Fixed Term Contract (12 months parental leave), part of the Head Office HR Team, and reporting to the Head of Organisational Development and Talent. The role is responsible for supporting and coordinating the delivery of Human Resources and Organisational Development initiatives across MMG, through the establishment of effective networks and the application of human resources programs that drive positive organisational outcomes.

You will hold an Organisational development and/or Human Resources management or related qualification and understand the unique opportunities that come from working in a complex business, ideally across multiple geographies and cultures within a global company.  With strong HR and OD process and systems knowledge you will also be the first point of contact for HR queries for Melbourne head office employees.

You are known for your strong communication skills including interpersonal, liaison, advisory and writing skills. This role is broad and challenging, necessitating work in a complex and international business setting to coordinate various priorities effectively and efficiently.
