OEM Aftersales Manager (Field Technical)

About the role
Our client is on the lookout for candidates who have strong technical experience and a passion for mentoring to help support their dealer network across South Australia.
In essence, the core function of this roles is to provide aftersales management and technical support to the dealer network across South Australia, to ensure they are receiving the highest standard of OE support available. This position is a field based role and can be performed from home. You can expect to be on the road, 50%-75% of the time.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

• Work alongside the dealer network to resolve field service issues.
• Attend training courses on all relevant company products
• Organise & conduct/assist dealer training – Product, Technical, Installations and Systems
• Perform technical visits as required to support timely resolutions to product issues
• Communicate with dealers directly and via support portal

Ideally you will have a mechanical qualification with a previous history working with ag machinery, most likely in a dealership or OE setting.
Previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
A healthy remuneration package of c. $110k + bonus & vehicle will be offered to the successful applicants.
