Grant's Coachlines Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant/Booking Consultant to assist with the daily running of our Bus & Coach charter operation based at Woodville North. Our company has been operating for over 25 years in the Coach charter industry and is looking for an energetic person to join our expanding team.
The role is Full time 5 days per week Monday - Friday and immediate start is available.
Working alongside our Administration and Operations staff, duties will include phone and email administration, Quoting and Booking of Charters and Tours, data entry, assisting customers with booking updates and changes ,answering emails and general office duties as required.
A high level of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is essential. Experience in the Transport/Tourism industry is preferred but not essential. Also applicants with experience in transport operations are encouraged to apply.
Previous use of the Coach Manager Booking system or a similar data base type system and use of GPS tracking systems would be a definite advantage.
Applicants must have excellent and professional communication, telephone and computer skills, as well as being able to work well under pressure in a small office environment.
Our company is as family run operation with approx. 35 staff.
