We also invest in our people, and our commitment to care for others extends to our highly supported clinical teams.About the RoleJones Radiology is seeking a people-focused and customer-centric individual to join our Whyalla clinic; and play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Whyalla clinic location. If successful, you will be working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm.Individuals in this role will be predominantly working in clinic as a Medical Receptionist; however, the roles’ duties include contribution to Booking (Contact Centre) shifts in clinic between the core hours of 8.15am and 5.00pm.Upon your commencement, you will be trained to undertake all tasks and deliver Jones Radiology’s exceptional patient experience; but may be asked to attend additional training in Adelaide's CBD (paid travel and accommodation, if required). Your key responsibilities:Welcoming patients to our clinics and completing the arrival processCompleting the patient post appointment billing process and other in clinic dutiesInteracting with patients and referrers to schedule a range of medical imaging appointmentsResponding to calls & enquiries in a timely, professional, and caring mannerProviding excellent customer service and patient care, whilst minimising patient effortDeveloping and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers To be successful in this role you will have:Strong customer service skills, including active listening and objective questioningDemonstrated customer service experience, previous medical reception experience is highly regardedDemonstrated advanced experience using multiple programs simultaneously and systems navigationDemonstrated initiative and willingness to learnExcellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail Working for Jones Radiology offers you:A competitive remuneration package with flexible working options.
