The Role
This role requires someone with a proven track record in real estate administration, a sharp eye for detail, and comprehensive knowledge of sales & property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate property listings for sale and settlement
- Support the team across all administration and marketing tasks
- Deliver property marketing campaigns and ensuring all advertising deadlines are met
- Office maintenance and upkeep
- Manage reception and meeting areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of administration processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
