About the role:   

We are actively seeking to appoint a dynamic office all-rounder to join our team at Revolution by Design at Caversham.

This exciting office-based support role is perfect for a true Office All-Rounder that wants to be a part of lots of different areas of the business, providing ad-hoc support for a diverse range of our sometimes challenging tasks including scheduling, office admin, sales admin, logistics admin support, account enquiries, customer service, stock support, policy and procedures, general office tasks, occasional supplier pick-ups and much more.           

Some of your duties and responsibilities:   

• Answer incoming calls, supporting a range of enquiries                              
• Fostering strong relationships with all team members and customers           
• A range of additional tasks    
• Office admin support
• process sales orders
• Support the internal sales team with customer enquiries and order processing
•  Reception
