Office Assistant

JOJO Fashion Group( Including Sasha, SelfieLeslie) excels wholesales and online Retails in the young women's fast fashion industry.

We are looking for an office assistant .

Key tasks:

• General office duties

• Assist merchandiser/ buyer to negotiate purchases .

• Maintain supplier relationships (Some of them are in China, communicating in Chinese is needed)

• Support the E-commerce Coordinator throughout the product upload process

What your day-today will look like

• Work alongside with the E-commerce Coordinator

• Assist the merchandising across all landing pages, making sure it is optimised in line with email sends, product deliveries and the content calendar.
• Support the E-commerce Coordinator & E-commerce Manager throughout the web shoot process . Tasks include booking of team, creating shot list, assisting on shoot days, liasing with external sub-contractors

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 – $59,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• working in Australia: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English and Chinese (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
