Your new role
As the Brisbane officeReceptionist, you will play a vital role in the company, creating positivefirst impressions and providing exceptional service to both staff and visitorsto the office.
Key duties will include
- Act as first point of contact for corporate clients and company staff
- Manage office orders e.g. catering, stationery
- Set up and maintain meeting rooms
- Coordinate staff and visitorpasses
- Ad hoc support to Facilitiesteam
What you'll need to succeed
As the first point ofcontact for the business, you will be corporate, reliable and professional. Youwill have some experience in a similar role and be confident liaising withpeople in person and over the phone. Furthermore, you will have an immaculatepersonal presentation and a go-getter attitude.
