Festival Distributors is a South Australian food & beverage distribution company supplying a range of products to retail supermarket chains, cafes, restaurants & food service outlets throughout SA.
We employ a team of sales representatives who turn in daily orders for processing that are dispatched from the business warehouse/storage centre daily.
The position will be located from our Findon office, full time, Monday to Friday however, Part time or flexible working hours will be considered also
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Mathematics & EFTPOS Knowledge
- Display accuracy, efficiency & the ability to prioritise
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience in Word, Excel & Outlook
- Sound knowledge in XERO & Dear inventory systems or similar
- Familiarity with Foodland and IGA protocol would be an advantage
- Able to work autonomously & part of a team
Tasks & responsibilities (not limited to)
- Inventory management, purchase orders & sales orders
- Issue invoices, credits & monthly statements
- Regular communications with customers, sales reps and logistics
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
- Checking emails, basic filling and Data entry
- General admin tasks as required
