Office Co-Ordinator / Production Assistant

Damn Good Productions is one of Australia's top event and video production companies. We love what we do, and our clients think we are damn good at it!

We have an opportunity for a fun-loving, very organised Office Co-Ordinator to join the Damn Good team.

We are looking for someone who will be the main contact point for our blue chip and entertainment industry clients who call or visit; someone who will not only answer the phones and send the mail, but someone who will go the extra mile to make our clients feel special. You'll be looking after the day to day organisation of our studio complex in Newtown, keeping the facilities running smoothly.  In addition to office co-ordination, we are looking for someone who can work as a Production Assistant, helping our producers in sourcing quotes and crew. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will keep the whole office organised and running smoothly during our busiest times. 

This is an entry level position so it's not about experience, it's about personality.  We are on the lookout for someone who is organised, unflappable, and an all-rounder who doesn't mind putting in the extra effort and getting their hands dirty.  It's important to us that whoever joins us brings some stability, and is prepared to be in this role for at least 12 months before looking for internal promotion.
