Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have a great work ethic and can lead by example. You will be a people person and ideally have experience managing and leading a team. You'll be highly organised, have experience working in a fast-paced environment and is someone who can work well under pressure.
We are seeking individuals with extensive administration experience. Real estate office experience is also advantageous. So if you have the appropriate skills and experience within a similar environment, we strongly encourage you to apply!
Your duties will include:
  • Supporting and assisting the Director in the smooth running of all areas of the business;
  • Training managers and staff whilst driving all teams and the business as a whole toward the vision of continued growth;
  • Being the key point of contact for all Sales, Operations and PM team members requiring support;
  • Developing and integrating new initiatives into the business;
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies;
  • On-boarding new team members;
  • Managing office reception and admin teams;
  • Evaluating performance and productivity;
  • Developing and organising the running of Community Involvement programs;
  • Managing office compliance;
  • Systems management;
  • Data management;
  • Report preparation;
  • Taking key ownership of internal processes, team KPl's, regular reporting and analytics, and team training and development within the Operations, Sales and PM Dept;
  • Assisting with the management of office social media accounts and content;
  • Supporting marketing initiatives; and
  • Overseeing general office operations,.

To succeed in this role you'll have...
  • Previous real estate experience;
  • Pervious experience as an Operations Manager or Office Manager is highly desired;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • The initiative and desire to improve process;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Fantastic organisational skills;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • A solid understanding of HR principals and practices;
  • A 'can do' attitude;
  • Competency with a range of software including but not limited to - Microsoft Office suite and Google suite of products;
  • Sound technical skills;
  • Knowledge of accounting software and practices;
  • The ability to prioritise;
  • A high attention to detail; and
  • The ability to build and maintain a positive culture.
