- Future Learners - approx. 100 FTE
- Current Learners - approx. 100 FTE

Detailed DescriptionAbout the RoleLLE is currently recruiting for two (2) Officers, to join the Fees Team.One role on a full-time continuing basis, and one role on a fixed-term basis until December 2024.The Officer, Fees is responsible for the efficient administration of student-related matters, providing high level fees related support to the Fees Team, students, and stakeholders. Along with this, the Officer, Fees role is required to solve complex problems that require a sound understanding of internal policy as well as legislative policy.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual, enjoying working as part of a high performing team on a variety of tasks.If successful in applying for this role, you will be:
- Administering invoices of tuition fees, the Student Services and Amenities Fee, student loans and other fees related operations.
- Assessing and issuing refunds for student related fees.
- Providing accurate and timely advice and information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to sustain and maintain levels of concentration in a large volume processing environment to ensure accuracy.
- Comprehend and adhere to university or government policies in relation to the reporting of student fees.
Remuneration/SalaryRemuneration & BenefitsBase Salary Range: $78,667 - $89,995 pa (HEW 5)This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.UTS staff also benefit from a wide range of include flexible work practices, child care centres, generous parental leave and salary packaging opportunities.Both positions are full-time. One position appointment will be made on a fixed-term basis until December 2024, and one position will be made on a continuing basis.
