About you
- Degree / diploma in Cyber Security or related discipline
- 2 - 3 years of experience in technical support
- Technical proficiency in security-related hardware and software
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent team working skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to learn and support new and quickly changing technologies
- Reliability and flexibility to work rostered shifts
