Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offset Printing Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Offset Printing and exposure to the wine beverage and general market. As an Offset Printing Press Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality labels that meet our clients' specifications and industry standards. You will operate and maintain Offset Printing equipment, conduct quality checks throughout the printing process, and ensure that production schedules are met efficiently. The position is permanent afternoons (2.00pm - 9.30pm).

Responsibilities: 

• Operate Offset Printing equipment to produce high-quality labels according to client specifications. 
• Set up printing machines, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. 
• Conduct quality checks at various stages of the printing process to ensure accuracy and consistency. 
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the printing process. 
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that labels meet client expectations and industry standards. 
• Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and procedures. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a label printer, with a strong background in Offset Printing. 
• Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and equipment. 
• Familiarity with the wine beverage and general market is a plus. 
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
