Learning Experience Business Partner

Things You’ll Do:
- Deliver tailored learning solutions by conducting thorough needs analysis, ensuring that interventions directly address identified gaps and align with organisational goals
- Utilise innovative approaches to design and develop both face-to-face and digital learning content.
- Facilitate engaging Learning Experiences through effective facilitation techniques.
- Build strong collaborations with internal subject matter experts and external partners to gather insights, expertise, and relevant content.
- By partnering with subject matter experts and external vendors, you will ensure that our learning content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with best practices in the field.
- Establish robust evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of organisational training courses.
Skills You'll Have:
- Tertiary qualifications in instructional design, adult education or similar (minimum TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment)
- Current Driver’s License, enabling you to travel and connect with diverse teams across our organisation
- Significant experience and proven skills in course development software such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Captivate, Rise, Storyline, allowing you to craft interactive and impactful learning content
- Experience and proven skills in instructional design and the development of employee-led Learning Experiences and resources, showcasing your ability to inspire and empower learners
- Extensive knowledge and proven skills of adult learning principles and practices, as well as an understanding of current and future trends in face to face and digital technologies
- Experience working in L&D Business Partnering, consulting or similar activities, equipping you with the insights and strategies needed to collaborate with the business to identify fit for purpose learning initiatives
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality learning content and materials
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and think critically
- Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, balancing independence with collaboration to achieve shared goals.
The Fine Print:

- Package: $100,000 - $112,000 gross p.a. (Full Time Equivalent) plus 11% superannuation. Salary will be paid pro rata to part time hours worked.
- Hours of work: Temporary Part Time. 22.5 hours per week. Opportunity expected to be available up to 12 months.
