We are seeking experienced Mechanical Technicians with a background in Hydraulic Hoses for offshore scopes on a 3/3 roster for 12 months. You will be working on the replacement of Hydraulic Hoses on cranes under the supervision of experienced hose leads.
In more detail you will:
- Removal and installation of hose assemblies on client equipment packages offshore
- Inspect and provide condition reporting on in situ hose assemblies, where required
- Interpreting technical drawings, schematics and plans
- Engage with the planning and preparation of offsite hose projects
Ideally you will have:
- BOSEIT or TBOSEIT
- Working knowledge of hose assemblies
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Literate with good communication skills
- Mechanical Trade
- Significant experience across a wide variety of pressure testing works
- Experience in mechanical fitting in an offshore environment
- Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Experience working on Major Hazard Facilities
