Reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence, your responsibilities include.
- Plan, execute, and measure HCP digital engagement strategies.
- Manage the HCP platforms and eco systems (websites, portals).
- Lead best in class UX for all online education for HCPs.
- Optimize online/offline operations for digital measures.
- Collaborate with Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to maximize ROI.
- Propose new technologies for business expansion, channel efficiencies and optimization.
- Execution of brand and channel plans to maximise impact and HCP engagement.
- Establish a Center of Excellence for HCP Omni Channel Engagement.
- Utilize digital data in Veeva CRM and support FF Multi Channel activities.
- Enhance NHSc Oceania's presence to increase HCP advocacy and market share.
- Occasional connection to global team outside normal office hours is required.
- University/bachelor's degree or equivalent in data science, computer science, digital marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Essential experience in digital marketing or multi-channel marketing, preferably with a background in healthcare and digital agency experience.
- Continuous learner of technology, actively promoting and utilizing IT tools to enhance effectiveness.
- Ability to act as a change agent, leveraging cross-industry best practices and understanding healthcare professional needs to drive market success in collaboration with global teams.
- Responsible for channel support and analytics, including reporting on the effectiveness of cross-channel initiatives and their impact on sales.
- Demonstrated experience in measuring campaign/program effectiveness, translating data into actionable insights, and providing optimization recommendations.
- Strong innovative, entrepreneurial, and strategic thinking skills.
- Results-focused and action-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
