Exciting Opportunities in Food Processing within the Hospital System!
We are currently offering excellent opportunities for casual employment with ongoing work in our Food Processing team, operating within the Hospital System. At the moment we need some ON CALL staff who have full working rights and are not limited on hours they can work. Must be available at last minute for fill in shifts.
Responsibilities include:
Proven experience with Bulk/ Basic food preperation and cleaning in commercial kitchen.
Knowledge of HACCP guidelines, WHS and food safety certificates.
- Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Inspecting raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to meet quality standards.
- Collaborating with team members, including quality assurance and production supervisors, to maintain production processes and product quality.
- Keeping accurate production records and reports as required.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Participating in any training to enhance your skills and knowledge of the Food Processing processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Availability from 8 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to friday (as needed)- 5 hour shifts
- Access to reliable public transport no parking available.
- Seeking local candidates in the inner west due to the shift and on-call nature of the role.
- MUST HAVE previous experience in Bulk food production or kitchen line operations in Australia this must be on your resume
- 3x references
- Must be willing to come to work the morning of the call
