Onsite Asset Finance Broker – Leisure Industry (Parafield Gardens, Adelaide)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Manager or Asset Finance Broker to step into a highly sought after role within our organisation that has been a leader in the consumer and commercial Asset Finance for almost 15 years.   

With high expectations, this role is an integral part of our Finance Specialist Team and will help our business partners achieve their objectives while providing best in class customer service.

You will have direct business partner opportunities and will also have a steady supply of warm leads as needed. 

You will be required to work occasional weekends to attend industry events.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Support the Sales Managers in ensuring core business objectives and goals are delivered on a monthly basis
2. Manage your sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved
3. Develop strong relationships with our supplier partners to achieve best outcomes
4. Develop strong relationships with senior managers and executives and support them in achieving revenue targets
5. Use of call centre software

What we are looking for:

1. 2+ years of Asset Finance or minimum 2 years’ experience in a Business Manager or Finance Broker role.
2. Solid understanding of the Asset Finance industry, including recent changes and consumer behaviour.
3. Exceptional ability to relate to people, including fellow team members and senior stakeholders within the business.
4. Proven track record of achieving results.
5. Understanding of finance lenders systems, products and processes.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
