We have a permanent opportunity for an On Site Assistant to join our team located in Chinchilla.
What’s on offer:
Remuneration from $78,209 per annum + 12.75% superannuation + the below location incentives
Location Incentives:
- Non-Urban Zone Allowance – up to $6,000 per annum.
- Housing Allowance – up to $8,840 per annum.
- Locality Allowance – up to $1,190 per annum.
- Non-Urban Time Recognition Payments - $5,000 after 2 years and if you decide to stay on for 5, 10, 15 or even 20 years, we’ll pay you $5,000 at each milestone.
The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the applicant’s knowledge, skill and competencies required for the position.

About the role:
In this role you’ll be an integral member of the team who will provide non-technical assistance to our Field based Tradespersons when attending work sites and customer premises. You’ll liaise with our customers to ensure safe and productive outcomes are achieved when delivering our Program of Work.
About you:
- Excellent intrapersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in customer facing roles.
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence.
- Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
- CPR and Basic First Aid certification
- Demonstrated basic skills in the use of a variety of computer software applications.
- Willingness to participate in emergency events or situations as requested.
- Ability to work reasonable overtime as requested.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel to surrounding areas or intrastate from time to time to undertake work.
