Labourforce Group is currently seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Cloverdale.

Your role will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stake holders.
• Onsite candidate management
• Management of contract employees - managing rosters, leave requests and performance KPI's
• Strong focus on Work Health Safety (WHS)
• Dedicated onsite position allowing you to have direct contact with your client and Labourforce associates.
• conducting toolbox talks with contractors daily / weekly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Maintaining a diverse database of candidates
• Building and developing client relationship
• Recruitment & selection across Temp & Perm roles
• Completion of own general administrative duties.

Successful applicants must possess:

• ability to work autonomously and within a national team
• friendly and outgoing nature
• Experience within a similar position highly desirable but not essential as training and coaching will be provided
• Strong understanding on WHS policies and procedures
• Previous experience within a similar role highly desirable
• a can do attitude and be self motivated
• ability to prioritize and multitask
• ability to think outside the square to solve a challenge,
• strong customer relationship & management skills
• flexibility with start and finish times would be desirable as no day is ever the same.
