Labourforce Group is currently seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Cloverdale. Your role will include: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stake holders. Onsite candidate management Management of contract employees - managing rosters, leave requests and performance KPI's Strong focus on Work Health Safety (WHS) Dedicated onsite position allowing you to have direct contact with your client and Labourforce associates. conducting toolbox talks with contractors daily / weekly Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Maintaining a diverse database of candidates Building and developing client relationship Recruitment & selection across Temp & Perm roles Completion of own general administrative duties.
