In 2023 Veracross acquired Digistorm, a Gold Coast based, mid-size ed-tech business, specialising in the education industry for K-12 schools across the world. Digistorm develops software, apps, and websites for schools and was the first to create a school app in Australia! We now have a very exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
The role
We’re looking for a talented Onboarding Specialist to join our Funnel CRM Team!

About your gig
As our Funnel Onboarding Specialist, it’s unlikely two days will ever look the same. There will be endless room for growth and the chance to own your place in the Digistorm world.
This role is designed to help onboard schools into our dynamic Funnel CRM platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with key stakeholders and configuring their requirements, making this role pivotal to the success of the software at the school and the overall success of our business.
- Own the delivery and administration of projects from kick off to go live
- Communicate project statuses internally and externally
- Provide clients with initial training and system onboarding
- Maintain clear client communication throughout each project lifecycle
- Arrange any resources required for project delivery
- Compile client feedback and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) then advocate for process improvements internally
- Help maintain project templates, processes and documentation
- Become a subject matter expert and mentor for team members and clients
- Gather and configure required information into the Funnel platform
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Design and Client Success
- Establish and test integrations with third party systems
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organisation and time management skills with an ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, prioritise effectively and self-motivate
- An enthusiasm to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
- Confidence presenting in front of others and an ability to influence up, across or down
- The usual great skills of being a team player and quick learner with a willingness to learn
- An empathetic yet assertive nature
- The ability to work well under pressure and remain solutions focused when things get complex
- Experience using Funnel in a school — not essential but would be considered a huge plus!
- A formal qualification in Project Management or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Exposure to life in a Digital Agency
- Experience with project management tools like Jira and ClickUp
- Exposure or experience working with school marketing or admissions
