About the Role:
Working on behalf of the Federal Government, you will love providing exceptional Customer Service by providing accurate advice on programs and grants. Initially you will be trained on answering calls and will then be upskilled on answering emails and web chats.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a current understanding of the Department’s programmes and initiatives
Assist callers with understanding programme information, use of the website, completing relevant forms, troubleshooting and calculators
Understand and meet individual and campaign targets and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
Ensure that all transactions are completed thoroughly and convey information in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Department
