We are currently looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in our fast paced contact center located in Melbourne CBD! This is an excellent opportunity for you to be involved in a culture built on fun, respect, integrity, innovation and transparency!
About the Role:
Working on behalf of the Federal Government, you will love providing exceptional Customer Service by providing accurate advice on programs and grants. Initially you will be trained on answering calls and will then be upskilled on answering emails and web chats.

Hourly rate & incentives
Monday - Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8am - 10pm (11pm during daylight savings with no weekend Work currently)

Responsibilities:
Maintain a current understanding of the Department’s programmes and initiatives
Assist callers with understanding programme information, use of the website, completing relevant forms, troubleshooting and calculators
Understand and meet individual and campaign targets and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
Ensure that all transactions are completed thoroughly and convey information in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Department
