Qualifications & experience
- Training small or large groups.
- Computer savvy.
- Experience in conducting and preparing a suitable delivery method to conduct Training and education.
- Patience and Positive attitude towards work.
- Punctual and Polite.
- Assertive and Passionate!
Tasks & responsibilities
- Onboarding the Software onto new business PC's or Mac Computers/ Laptops, via online meeting. (5-15mins)
- Training CivilVisor to new business management / staff. This could be a process that will need to be conducted in person on site (various locations) or at Head Office (Alexandria) (Glendenning) or Online if requested. (1-2 days)
- Phone call follow ups with new business to ensure they are comfortable using CivilVisor.
