Expert Care Services is a registered NDIS service provider located in the Sydney area. Our head office is based in Kingswood, however we are supporting NDIS participants in Blue Mountains area, Penrith area, Blacktown area, Parramatta area and Bankstown area! Our aim is to provide excellent service to positively impact each client and stakeholder that we engage. We take pride in being true implementers of the social model of disability, and this is why we are inclusive and offer custom solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
We support people with complex health conditions to be able to live in the comfort of their own homes. We are committed to provide unique and personalized care to each and every client. At Expert Care Services, our clients and staff are like family, and not only do we provide quality care services to our clientele, but we also aim to provide a safe and professional working environment for our staff members.
Our company is expanding, and we are now on the lookout for some dedicated people to join our team of Disability Support Workers!
We are specifically looking for people who are able to commit to rostered shifts and community participation shifts (broken shifts) as we do have a range of work coming up over the next month.

- Individuals with relevant certificates/qualifications are encouraged to apply!
- Disability/Community Services experience required!
- Experience with personal care and nursing equipment - highly advantageous!
- Experience in working with participants with psychosocial disabilities - highly advantageous!
