The Role

We are seeking a remote weekend OnCall Administratorto support our casual staff and clients with shift fills, shift changes and general shift support, Saturday and Sunday between the hours 8:00am and 6:00pm on a rotating roster. The role requires monthly, in person attendance at our Woolloongabba office and in person training upon commencement.

To be successful

• Experience in rostering and matching staff to client requests
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Accurate record keeping in ProCare Australia's custom built database system
• Confidence in managing critical incidents and supporting staff to appropriately manage challenging shifts
• Strong assessment and attention to detail in preparing job briefs 
• Developed ability to multi-task and triage requests
