We aim to fully embrace the vision of the Department of Education and Training's Framework for Improvement in Student Outcomes 2.0 because we understand that wellbeing is central to all aspects of learning.

We have a very high focus upon the close relationship between academic success and wellbeing for all. This can be seen in design of our positive learning environments, very close partnerships with our families, and to the opportunities and services that emerge from close links with many external organisations.

We believe that every learner is unique, has unlimited potential for growth, and that an authentic, inquiring relationship with each student can yield high levels of confidence, a sense of belonging, safety and wellbeing, and belief in the ability to achieve strongly in ways meaningful for the young person.

The college enjoys an expansive treed setting, where we promote growth of endemic native flora and fauna. The beautiful natural environment provides the backdrop for our excellent academic, recreational, and sporting facilities.

We seek to achieve unparalleled levels of student voice and agency in learning and in our community. For example, students form part of all employment panels at the college. We encourage student involvement in the care of our natural environment.
