What you will do:
- Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and budget management.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budget forecasts, and the annual budget, ensuring they comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and other financial assets to maximize returns and safeguard the school’s financial health.
- Collaborate with school leadership to align financial management with strategic educational goals.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulatory requirements.
- Supervise the finance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of performance and development.
- Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Lead financial analysis projects to support decision-making and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
