Health Metrics provides a leading, high-growth, cloud-native, data-driven software solution for the Residential Aged Care, Retirement Village, Home Care and Disability Care sectors in Australia and New Zealand. The Company's flagship product is called eCase. It is an end-to-end, enterprise-wide resident management software solution, which manages all aspects of resident management including clinical (point of care), client management, billing and reporting.

As Chief Financial Officer at Health Metrics you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company and will play a key role in shaping our strategic direction, ensuring financial health and sustainability.

- Team Performance: Leading and developing a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the organization's financial objectives.
Experience we need from you.
- Several years of experience as a CFO or Head of FP&A, responsible for the performance and management of a finance team within an SME business.
- Experience in running and maintaining accountancy functions such as payroll, receipting, creditor management, EOM consolidation into software platform i.e.. MYOB
- Experience in running and managing M&A transactions.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced ability to prepare materials for stakeholders on Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
- Experience with B2B SaaS company is highly preferred.
- Aged care / Retirement living / Healthcare software industry experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Recent or past exposure to a high growth environment, backed by Venture Capital or Private Equity is desirable but not mandatory.
