About Us: We are an online-based tutoring company specializing in one-on-one personalized virtual teaching, with over 250 teachers registered. We cater to a broad range of students, from Australian local students to international students, from primary level to Year 12. Our comprehensive range of programs includes Year 11-12 exam preparation for VCE, WACE, QCE, and SACE, Year 1-10 English Writing and Reading, Maths, Sciences, Scholarship and Selective Entry school exams, as well as International Programs such as IB, A Level, SAT, AP, and the Cambridge English Young Learners Programs.
Position: Online Bilingual One-on-one Math/Sciences Teachers
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional teachers to join us for the following areas:
- Mathematics (Year 1-10)
- Mathematics (Year 11-12)
- Sciences (Year 7-10)
- Physics/Chemistry/Biology (Year 11-12)
Our students include both Australian students with English as their first language or as an additional language (EAL), and international students studying in China.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students.
- Assist students with understanding subject material, homework, and exam preparation.
- Develop customized lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
- Track and report student progress.
- Offer motivational support and academic guidance.
Requirements:
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- A degree in teaching or education (highly advantageous but not required).
- Passionate about teaching and committed to student success.
- Patient and understanding, especially with young learners.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Math/ Sciences subjects.
