Monday - Friday (flexible with hours) with the occasional Saturday
Key Tasks (not limited to…)
· Answering detailed product and service questions.
· Updating customers on the status of their orders and resolving any issues that may arise.
· Processing returns in our system, ensuring accurate information is obtained and recorded.
· Continuously improving our Customer Service by proactively identifying areas for improvement
· Warehouse Assisting and pick and pack
Key Requirements
· Experience in a Customer Service or similar admin role
· High Energy
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multi task in a face paced environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Excellent computer and writing skills
· Ability to wear many hats
