Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic bilingual (Chinese, English) individual to join a small team as a Online Support Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to respond promptly and professionally to international inbound customer inquiries through various channels, including email, social media, web, and phone. The position sits closely within the Dealing and Sales teams and has outstanding exposure to all business aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses.
- Utilize excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English to assist a diverse client base.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality Customer Support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and market trends.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication in both Mandarin and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
Training:
