Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop personalised training programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and preferences
- Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to clients
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends, research, and technology
- Actively participate in company training and development initiatives
- Collaborate with our marketing team and help generate content to attract new clients via Social Media
