At WynActive, we have a positive and supportive Health and Fitness team with a strong focus on Safety, Innovation and Customer Service. Sporting 140+ group fitness classes per week and gym floor coverage during all opening hours across two centres, we are looking to expand our WynActive Health and Fitness team. We are currently looking for qualified Fitness Coaches/Personal Trainers to work at our premier facilities - AquaPulse and Eagle Stadium.
A Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer develops, delivers, and supervises gymnasium and personal training programs designed for members and guests whilst ensuring the safety of our patrons and that programs are professionally delivered.
To be considered in this role, you must have strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills to interact with a diverse range of cliental. You must also hold the following mandatory qualifications:
- Certificate 3 & 4 Fitness (or equivalent including University degrees in Exercise Science or Human Movement)
- Current Apply First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current AUSactive fitness professional registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability over weekends, nights, and early mornings
