Your part in our Lifeline teamWe are currently seeking to appoint an Online shop Assistant to work as a part of our UnitingCare Qld Geebung Team based in the Distribution Centre on a Casual basis.
This role will include;
- Prepare and replenish stock by labelling, ironing and photographing items.
- Assist in uploading photographs and descriptions to a web page using a Mac Laptop.
- Prepare sold items by picking and putting into environmental packages ready for postage.
- Organise the postage and tracking information with Australia Post and applicable courier.
- Other duties as requested.
You will need to provide a high level of service both internally and externally, through responding quickly, acting on feedback, showing empathy and leaving a positive impression to increase the quality of each customer and stakeholder experience.
In addition to the above you will also be required to have:
- Experience with photography
- Able to perform basic computer functions on a Mac
- Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written english
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively with thers in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Able to work within a warehouse environment as this position is located with the Lifeline State Warehouse
