About the Assistant Manager's role:
This role is responsible for all operations in the workshop and requires someone to build on and maintain the high professional standards and business practices of Miami Smash Repairs.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Management of workshop staff;
- Daily workshop scheduling;
- Management of quotations and invoicing processes;
- Liaising with insurers, suppliers and assessors while maintaining good working relationships;
- Maintaining high-level customer satisfaction and
- Ensuring workflow of vehicles in the repair process.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Minimum of two years experience in workshop management;
- Minimum of three years experience in the automotive industry;
- Personal smash repair knowledge (panel beating, spray painting, car parts, etc.)
- Be a highly motivated team player;
- Previous experience in estimation;
- Previous experience in using Audanet advantageous;
- A professional and committed manner
