Online Team Member

Tool Kit Depot, a trusted and much loved tools and servicing company, is seeking an Online Team Memberto join the team. With a rich history dating back to the 1940s, we have become market leaders in Australia, providing an extensive range of tools for trade and DIY experts. We're all about quality, loyalty, and expert service. 

Building on our success in South Australia, the business was acquired by Bunnings with the aim of delivering the ultimate tool, equipment and workwear offering for Trade professionals Australia-wide.

The Tool Kit Depot team is growing, and we need the right people to grow with us. If you are an experienced Team Member with experience in the Online function, we want to hear from you.

As the Online Team Member, you can expect to:

• Coordinate day to day operations of online order processing & fulfilment 
• Provide a personalised experience for customers by resolving any service or product related issue.
• Provide outstanding customer experience across a variety of mediums, such as phone, email, review sites and social media.

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Willing to work as a team player
• “Can do” attitude with the ability to manage a big workload and multitask
• Ambitious personality with the hunger to learn and enjoy the experience of a diverse role
• Strong attention to detail
• Impeccable ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Ability to work across a 7 day roster
