About the position:
The Online Warehouse Assistant will support the online boutique in the achievement of boutique fulfilment strategy, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. The position will also support the Customer Experience Team in ensuring the boutique provides an exceptional experience to the Scanlan Theodore online client. This casual position will initially be required for seasonal support during sale and new season launches in early 2023.
Duties include:
- Assist in all aspects of fulfilment strategy ensuring precision of picking, packing and processes in a timely manner
- Promptly takes action to resolve or investigate escalated customer enquiries including returns alongside Online Boutique Manager and Customer Experience
- Complete sales orders in an efficient manner, including; printing orders, checking payments are correct, flagging fraudulent activity, picking, scan packing, wrapping orders
- Work with Online Manager and internal departments to maximise efficiencies of inventory to achieve sales targets including replenishment, transfers and markdowns
- Assist in completing regular stocktake of Online Warehouse
- Liaising with distribution managers regarding transfers, followed with accepting and putting stock away
- Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
- Proactive and can-do attitude to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to online retail with use of platforms Shopify or Apparel21 is advantageous
