A part time opportunity has become available to manage a portfolio of HIGH-END properties in a BRAND NEW development, with world-class facilities.
The Role:
- Property Management for 150 properties
- NO Leasing PLUS 3 virtual assistants & trust accountant
- Replying to and following up on inquiries, and property management tasks
- Entry, exits, and routine inspections + reports
- Working with trades and contractors, issuing work orders accordingly
- Key management
- Liaising with the building team on any defects
- Handling tenant inquiries and leasing properties with the landlord's best interest in mind
- Liaising with Body Corporates/Caretaking team
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong legislation knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Must own a reliable car
- Monday – Friday (NO WEEKEND WORK!) SCHOOL HOURS OR FOUR DAYS PER WEEK
- Car allowance paid by employer + a generous base salary!
