Looking to take the next step in your Childcare career? Earlyhood Education and Childcare have an exciting opportunity for a before and after school Care Coordinator, located in a bright and spacious centre in Double Bay.
About the role:
We are looking for a professional, dedicated and organised individual, who is confident in managing a vibrant team of Educators and has previous experience in a similar Coordinator or Manager position.
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking care of the day-to-day operations of the centre and delivering the exceptional service our client is known for. You will be leading and mentoring a team of Educators, and building lasting relationships with your team, parents and members of the school community.
To be a Successful Applicant you Must:

• Show clear and strong leadership skills and have a genuine passion and love for working with children
• Be dedicated and passionate about delivering the best childcare service and experience possible
• Have excellent communication skills with all parents, children and team members
• Previous experience working with children of all ages
• Previous experience in leadership and management is essential
• Hold a Cert 3 or Diploma in Education and Care
• A valid WWC and First aid certificate
