Green Light is a growing consulting organisation known for its work in Telecommunications and System Integration Services organisations. We have a requirement with our client partner for a OpenText Exstream Empower Consultant to join their team on a Contract until the end of 2024 with potential extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and install OpenText Exstream Empower for various projects.
- Collaborate with business areas to understand customer communication needs.
- Design and develop batch processes using OpenText Exstream.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Exstream Empower.
- Collaborate with teams to connect Opentext Exstream Empower with cloud platforms
Requirements:
- Previous experience in configuring and installing OpenText Exstream Empower.
- Proficiency in Exstream Dialogue, Command Centre, and Live Editor/Empower Editor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- OpenText Exstream certification (desirable)
