The Role - Open to any location (VIC, NSW, QLD, WA)

Within our area of Channel Operations, this role exists with one outcome in mind; to make everything we do simpler for stores.

  • Working withing a team who provide, and continually evolve national operational standards & processes.
  • Delivering tools and support to our network of stores, enabling consistent One way, Our way, the 7-Eleven wayexecution in every store.
  • Providing simplified, purposeful reporting and insights to our Field Operation teams & stores.
  • Appreciation of the need for detail to deliver the very best in store execution.
  • A desire to champion continual improvement – at every opportunity – building on all that we do today as the leading national convenience retailer.
  • Enjoy leading from within central operations, a strong influencer and connector across enterprise.
  • Get excited about working within the team who support our store teams, knowing that when this goes well it is the very best job in retail!

What’s in your toolkit? 

  • Demonstrated experience and background in delivering and leading solutions within a central retail support environment.
  • Adept at problem solving, excellent at solution design and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about Operational Excellence and customer experience.
  • A strong critical thinker with the ability to understand, analyse, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and issues.
  • Enjoys spending time in stores with our people, to understand and identify business critical issues to best align operational needs.
  • Has grown the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
