What does the job look like?
Linfox's Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an experienced Operational Processing Coordinator to join their Intermodal team based in Acacia Ridge, QLD. A commitment to a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 4 pm is required. The successful candidate will assume responsibilities in the following key areas:

• Efficiently scan and file run sheets and other relevant paperwork.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records.
• Process and validate interstate run sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams to resolve any issues related to run sheets.
• Scanning, filing and keeping data up to date
• Provide high quality administrative and office support

• Ideally have at least 2 years' experience in Transport
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-skilled team environment
• SAP experience is desirable
