Talent have partnered with a local Canberra Indigenous company to assist in sourcing Operational Support Analysts where you will be a key element in ensuring the departments branch is functioning successfully, which will include resource allocation, project support, budget management, effective communication, contract management support, stakeholder collaboration, and governance adherence.
Essential criteria
Describe your ability to foster effective collaboration among departments and external partners, demonstrating strong communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement
Describe your track record in promoting team synergy, contributing to process improvements, and executing resource management with precision to enhance overall operational efficiency
Describe your commitment to adhering to governance standards and protocols, while discreetly handling various operational responsibilities within the branch, will be assessed.
Describe your capacity to quickly identify and resolve operational challenges, adapt to evolving situations, and implement innovative solutions will be evaluated.
