We are seeking a confident Administrator to provide a high level of assistance to our Operations Manager and team:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering & directing incoming calls, greeting visitors and assisting team with generalised office tasks
- Applying for MRWA and Western Power / Horizon Power permit system and requirements.
- Familiar with WA’s Heavy Haulage routes
- Document control of Delivery Dockets, Consignment Notes, POD's and client required paperwork up to, but not including invoicing
- Document control of Fatigue Management
- Document control of Bridge Supervision
- Yearly Audit – you will be answerable to the auditor for Fatigue management and Bridge Supervision compliance.
HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures
- Maintain Safe work standards and have a high standard of housekeeping at all times
- Provide feedback on Health & Safety and incidents to management immediately
DESIRABLE
- Exposure to the transport industry and previous experience in a similar role
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Computer literacy - Word, Outlook, Excel etc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at varying levels for external clients and internal team
- Managing customer and client relationships
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must possess strong numerical skills
- Divergent thinker
